Chaeyeong (Margo) Lee is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Communication at Rutgers University. Her research examines the intersections of emerging technologies, organizations, and public communication, with particular attention to AI and digital infrastructures. She is interested in how institutional and public actors respond to technological uncertainty, as well as how public opinion and polarization develop within increasingly complex media and information ecosystems.
