Rachel Acosta is a Ph.D. student in Communication. She obtained her M.L.I.S. degree from the University of South Carolina while working full time at UofSC as the Undergraduate Student Services Manager for the College of Information and Communications. Her research interest is in the intersection of communication, knowledge and technology within an organization. She expects to study how ICT’s play a role in organizational socialization and in the formation of organizational identity
