Rachel Acosta

Rachel Acosta is a Ph.D. student in Communication. Her research interest examines how organizations and communities navigate uncertainty, risk, and stakeholder engagement in complex information environments. Specifically, how risk knowledge is constructed, translated, and shared across organizational and community boundaries and how these processes shape whose knowledge becomes credible, who can participate, and how trust and legitimacy are built or strained.
